I am resident here at the Promenade at Berkeley and I love it. Over the past few months you can tell this place is only going to get better. I believe with the new management the neighborhood is becoming cleaner, quieter, and prettier. I was shocked to see that another fire broke out last night, residents should really learn to be more careful. They are only make the community look bad, which makes us look bad. I am sure management at the front office is not happy with us right now. I just transfered to a new unit and I love it. It definitly beats the old ones..so everyone should do it. Besides, the more transfers we have the sooner everything gets done and we start living like we use to..except..much nicer!! Residents need to start leaving nicer messages because this community is not that bad at all!! You are making people think badly about this property, and why' You chose to live here because you liked it..
