ok so i have some true advice. I admit when i moved in i like the apartments. they fixed everything i needed at the time. well now its gone to the crapper. literally. i wasnt going to write anything bad but i have had enough. ok so i got this new neighbor who moved in and took a crap outside the apts and covered it with a tshirt. so i called the apt and asked them to take care of it that was at 9 am on a tues. the response i got was i dont know if we can i dont have anyone here to do it. ok well i am sorry i thought thats what i pay 600 a month for. so then i call again at 3pm the same day. and this time they say o thats grose we will tell someone. i get home at 6:30 pm and guess what its still there. i am fuming by that time. this was grose and i should not have to put up with it. i reported it and it was thrown on the back burner. so then the next day i called twice before it was finally picked up that day. not only was it grose it was rude for them to do that. i did not do it and i shouldnt have to live with it. and i do have pictures of it if no one believes me!!! i took pictures for all those people who say this is such a great place to live. now i have a leak under my sink and an electrical prob. that i called and informed them about on sat and now it is going on thurs and have not seen anyone and i have called multiple times and get the same response o they picked up the work order we will work on it and call you back and that was yesterday at 4:30 they were suppose to call back and now its 9:30pm and no phone call! just beware. there are plenty of nicer apartments. but hey i guess its true you get what you pay for. plus i have witnessed a police chase and my car was broken into. robbers always seem to pick these apartments to hit i guess because the cops are always talking at eckerds or at the duluth dinner. and i have personally called and left a message for the courtesy cop and i have never heard or seen him all i got was a vm. so PLEASE BEWARE! plus parking is for crap you can never get a parking place and as for the landscaping well there is always trash in the bushes and the yards are filled with land minds of dog crap. and i have pictures of everything i have complained about. i have had enough. i am tired of paying my rent and getting treated like crap. and one more thing besure to keep copies of your rent checks and money orders. i paid my rent every month and in sept or oct the sent me a letter saying i owed for julys rent. how can you send someone a letter that far past and say they owe for rent when if you are more than 30 days late you are suppose to be evicted'!'!' now they are making me repay my rent or it will go against my credit!!!!!!

my husband and i lived here for a 1 1/2 years and hated every min of it.. i would run from my car to my apt b/c of the roaches. i as well had water damage from the apt upstairs and they just pasted it up! my husband and i had our apt fully packed and ready to move 3 months b4 our lease was up! all we had out was a few clothes and bedding and linen stuff! the last month we were there we didnt actually stay there bc of the homicide we chose to stay w friends. 2 weeks b4 my actual lease was up we decided to go over to our apt to check on everything and someone had ripped off the door knob.. i called to apt officer and all she said was it was prob the maintenance crew and if u see anyone in there call me. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!! i am sorry if someone is breaking in my apt in that area i am sure i will not be able to call you!!!!!! and why would the maintenance crew be there cleaning when i was legally still living there. this place is horrible.. i actually really liked the office manager. she was always helpful and she even advised us to move out.. please tell me who does that!! this place is a rip off and the most unsafe place i have ever seen!!!

so just a bit of an update for everyone who is going to rent here. when i moved in i paid for my dog $450 and now when i had to resign for 6 months (i dont have enough money to move just yet). they said i never paid one someone had marked out everything i had wrote about my dog and put my initials next to it and stole the money order. so now im on a mission to see if i can find out who cashed the money order! damn this place!

You only pay $600 a month??? That's a HUGE decrease from what it was when I moved in. No wonder this complex has gone down the tubes...
