I have lived here for 2 years with my husband and now 2 children, the apartments are nice and EVERYTHING has been updated recently. Yes in the past few months we have all heard all the extra noise and I did have a problem with it at first, but when you look at the improvements that have been made (other than the new color of the complex) you will see it was worth it. I find the new staff to be dingy and idiotic, they don't seem to know very much, but THANK God for Zandra, she is one of the original staff members. I have found her to be very helpful and she goes that extra mile too, for example Zandra is getting married and should be off from work but, she came in to help out when they were short handed in the office, just to help out. Don't know Heather, but it is good to hear that some else in the office is doing her job. As for maintenance, they work fast if you have and emergency. They are willing to come to your home and fix URGENT problems. I won't lie, yes the kids do run all over the complex, but I don't find it to be a problem, it makes the complex feel more like a community to me. As for noise, the only real complaint I ever had about noise was a dog someone left on their balcony, but I called the courtesy officer and reported it and they took care of it. And finally, yes there was a double murder in the complex, but what wasn't written in the previous review is that it was the 1st ever in the apartments and the 1st murder in the city in 2 years. I don't know where some of the people who write these reviews come from, but I know I have lived in places where there were REAL problems and not just the ones in their own heads. Don't they know children are supposed to run around' Don't they know things do break and no matter where you live there is some kind of noise' Have they considered that they complain about noise from other people, but they make noise too' Anyways, that is the real deal about the apartments and HELL NO I DON'T WORK FOR MANAGEMENT!!!

funny how you cannot even put your name. talking about people like that that you do not even know. funny i dont work for management, but i do know that Zandra has to work not because they are short staffed, but because she has to work even though she is getting married. also, heather doesnt even work there anymore idiot!

Grow up! To result to name calling lets me know and proves to everyone else you are exactly what I said you are. If you are not apart of the guilty parties then why be offended? Obviously, you see your work and yourself in what was written. If you don't think it's you then just move on. And f.y.i I did't put my name because I noticed from several other reviews they didn't put there either. Oh by the way don't look as if you put yours either "luckygirl82".

whoa both of you gave good reviews but im not so sure about this place if you two can fight on the internet about something so silly. she didn't say anything bad about either staff member so why are you getting rude with her? this is just crazy lol and a bit funny. im not sure if i want to move or not but i sure as heck want to meet you anonymous... i like how you held your own.
