I'M NEW TO THE STATE OF GEORGIA, BUT IF WHAT I'VE EXPERIENCED HERE IS REFLECTION OF WHAT I'M GETTING IN TERMS OF A PLACE TO LIVE, I NEED TO GO BACK TO VIRGINIA. THIS PLACE IS A ROACH HOTEL. THE RENOVATIONS ARE NICE IF THE CONTRACTORS PUT THE NEW THINGS IN YOUR PLACE CORRECTLY. I CANT BELIEVE THAT I'VE BEEN PAYING ALL THIS MONEY FOR SOME ---- LIKE THIS. ROACHES, BROKEN BLINDS, DRY ROTTED CAULK IN BATHROOMS, LIGHTING THAT IS SUBSTANDARD, DIMMER WONT STAY DIM, IT EITHER IS OUT OR ON. I CAN GO ON AND ON ABOUT HOW HORRIBLE THIS PLACE REALLY IS. OLD CONSTRUCTION NAILS AND BOARDS DONT BE FOOLED, THE STAFF IS KINDA PROFESSIONAL, JUST DEPENDS ON WHO YOU SPEAK TO.

You could never be more right! this place is the dumps and they rob you blind! the staff is comp dumb asses except MAYBE a few ppl! luckly i got out b4 i was killed!! with murders happening who wants their kids playing around there.. and the drug deals! please they can change the name all they want but it will always be North "Hoods" Lake!!!

Its is an old apartment complex. The Manager, Kellie, does all that she can to make you feel more at home. If its really that bad, dont be an -------...go up to the office. Tell Kellie about all of your problems. She will either fix them or move you to a better place...Trust me. Dont be an -------.
