I have lived here for about a year now and love it. I have watched the renovations evolve, and they are looking better than ever. Yes, there was a fire which seems to be the main picture for the complex, but does anyone know how that was started' Cigarettes being thrown into a tree during a drought! Let's be real you cannot blame thta on anyone, but the idiot that did it! And a murder..like you can control that anywhere' I didn't think so!

Anyways, parking is great, always more than one spot near my apartment. The kids are great, they listen well and are incredibly respective to what you ask. The tennis is my favorite. What other complex has free tennis lessons almost every night and there are always LOTS of people on the courts ready to practice or play! The rent increase is not as high as people say, but the area is growing and getting better everyday. Why shouldnt it go up'

The leasing staff is good, there are few rude people. Stacey and Kelly are the best up there. Always willing to help you when they can. Tala and Marilyn have no idea what they are talking about and Theresa..she is so fake. Always pretending to care, but the truth is she doesn't care about anything but making money. Have you seen her desk' Ask her to help you and she will throw it into the big pile of ---- on her desk! Its ridiculous.

All in all the complex is great.. I wouldnt go anywhere! My lease is almost up and I am here to stay! I have no complaints. I would reccomend this place to anyone!
