I've enjoyed my brief stay. Now I do have a Top Floor 1 Bdr/1 Bth, but other than some noisy children. I've found life here painless and Drama free. Parking is a problem on weekends sometime, but aside from some barking dogs, neighbors are communal. Maybe I'm in a calmer section, but I've enjoyed my stay. Now I'm not renewing b/c the price is going up $100 but overall I recommend Promenade for someone new to the area.

Washer & Dryer included in the unit are Great. Charter Cable sucks, but Hey, Can't have everything.

I felt the same way about this place before moving to a 2bd 2ba, bottom floor apt. I've had nothing but issue after issue with the new apt. I'm getting out of this complex all together come renewal, though, due to the increase in crime and undesirable neighbors.

Actually, I've been looking around now, & I can tell the change for the worse as far as the "new additions." After this weekend's BBQ's, I think I'm getting out Just in time. Good luck to you.
