Ok heres the deal. Sometimes you have to take the good with the bad. Yes I have had to fight with the neighbors about bogus complaints and other ish. But almost everytime I brought it to the managements attention it was corrected for the most part. Meaning I had to go through hell with getting notices on my door and stuff but once I put the Proof in the Pudding everything went ok. I guess...

After all I was never evicted or anything else after all of the numerous bogus complaints and lettes. Once I brought it to Kelly's (the manager) attn. everything rectified and workable.

Now even though my "up graded" apt is decent. I have made numerous complaint. Roaches! Ehh! Racoons! Ehh (2 differnt times racoons were on my patio at night! for what' I dont know! But the first time it was 3! the Second it was only 1)...ok next ummm broken appliances. Did I mention roaches' Oh and theyll come and spray but that ish doesnt work...I suggest going to the store and buying some of that white powder stuff (I forget the name of it, but I put it around my cubboards and such and they were gone...well atleast for the most part). Oh and who can forget the broken air conditioner for 3 months between June-Aug. To supplment they brought a broken window unit and continued to say it was fixed. Then they brought this HUGE window unit contraction...neither one cooled the house just a room...so we had to buy fans and gather in the living room. Ok what else Oh low water pressure. Roaches. Exculated water bill. Roaches, Cobb webbs at your door with spiders, no screens on the windowl. and the list can go on...What was the good in all this again'

Oh yeah...well the pricing is pretty reasonable after all most apts in this area is just as crappy and you have to pay extra for the w/d. And they are around the same price or more expensive.

Ok what else. On the kids thing. If you have kids its cool they love to play! That doesnt bother me, I guess because I have a child of my own. What does bother me is the parents who cant controll their bad kids, cursing, scratching cars, and so fourth. But thats not the apts faults! Its the parents fault. Supposedly the apts are supposed to have a zero tolerance for fighting, drug use, and bad ass kids. But I have yet to see that go into affect. As a matter of fact ive made several complaints on my neighbor who enjoys a little umm...herbal therapy on their back patio. And thats fine and all do what you do...But when I can smell it and my child can smell it thats not cool. Supposedly the zero tolerance was suppsed to kick anybody out who did drugs...But guess what' They are still their!
Oh and the bad ass kids of managment thats always running in and out of the office using the 2 working computers and breaking others. Yeah I did say they were the managers and asst managers children.

But as I siad the management is nice. And Ive seen some pretty decent upgraded apts. But thats just a cover up for the roaches! Umm but yeah so take the good with the bad and you make the choice. You might be able to work with it for the past 2 years like I have. Sometimes you cant blame everything on the management and take things into your own hands! And since I have...things have been lovely. After all I have been allowed to stay here on a month to month lease without being charged extra fees for as long as I need. Mr. Pete the maintance guy is really nice and works really hard! Oh but there has been criminal activities here...murders, rapes, vandalism, drug sales, etc. But unless it happens to you its pretty quite. Every inocent was isolated. I think meaning everything happened to them by someone they knew and it wasnt a random act. And there is police always potrolling!
