I am going to start by saying I must be living in a completely different part of this complex that most people who have posted. I have been here since June and have had no problems. I find parking to be more than available right in front of my apartment, maintenance is always responsive though we have not needed them for anything since we moved in. I know how to clean and take care of my apartment so I don't have any issues with bugs, mold, or mildew. I have seen the occasional roach, but I live against the woods, and its rarely ever that it happens. My neighbors have been friendly, and that is something I didn't see at Promenade at Peachtree where I moved here from. The office ladies are ALWAYS nice to me, and I find this very important. We have an issue with needing to move based on buying a home. We are following all the procedures in our lease and the staff, especially Ms. White, have been very accommodating and helpful during such a stressful time in our lives. We don't have any problems with kids running around. Kids play outside, it's just what they do. The ones around us haven't caused any problems. Honestly the only dislike I have is that we can hear every step our upstairs neighbors take. This has nothing to do with the apartments themselves, it's just part of apartment living. We choose not to complain because it wouldn't make a difference anyway. The area around the apartments is nice and 5 minutes away from both mine and my husband's jobs. As far as the other people living in the complex, the rent is cheap, so it tends to attract the stereo type. However, I have never had any kind of problem with anyone and seem to find most people are pretty friendly.
I have never lived in an apartment complex where I would honestly suggest someone live there. But I can say that my husband and I are happy here...and I really don't get what all these other people are talking about. It's unfortunate for them that they are so unhappy...maybe they should just buy a house because apartment living may not be for them.

I'm really sorry that you feel that way. And there is no need for you to speak to me that way. YOU are the kind of trash people are talking about who live there. Have some dignity. If you don't like it there, maybe you should move. I'm pretty happy. Of course, I also know I am waiting on a house so that makes anything tolerable.
