1st Class Living With a Few Issues

I think that the Reserve at John's Creek Walk is a first class place to live. I live in a one bedroom apt. However small, built to be very funtional and accomadating. It is very quite for the most part. I do here some noises from the resident next door, sounds like he's bowling or something. He doesn't seem to be very considerate of his neighbors but welcome to apt. living. The other problem I have is an awful smell of someones cooking, I think maybe they need to seal off any openings in the apt.'s to avoid this problem, it can be very offensive if you don't eat that type of food. The staff has been awesome and very helpful. They sent out letters addressing the garbage issue, however some of the residents are still leaving their stinky garbage outside of their door. They put it out because it stinks, well what makes you think anyone else wants to smell it. I guess my main complaint is that one of the reasons I moved here was because of the amenities. However, if you need to use one of the two computers good luck. Everytime I try to use the computer their is either someones kid/teenager surfing myspace or playing games for hours on in. Either that or there are adults sitting there talking on their cell phone and surfing for hours. I understand that they are for the residents use but there should be an age limit for the kids/teenagers or at least some supervision by parents. I have found that since I moved there a few months ago and the few times I was able to use the computer that they are running very slow, seems that people are downloading un-necessary information and causing this problem. I have even come across some offensive things that apparently were downloaded and never cleaned up. It's really annoying when you need to use it for important reasons and you have to wait until late at night when all of the kids are in bed. Don't think that if they see you waiting that they will get off. I think that there should be a time limit posted to allow everyone to use the computers during decent hours. It's sad that the caliber of people that live at this property just don't have the common sense or courtesy to allow other residents time to use the computers as well. If you need to need to make a call let someone else use it, don't just sit in the chair and rudely make other people wait. Like I said, I do enjoy living here and I am looking forward to the resident functions to get to know everyone here. If this problem could be addressed it would be the perfect place to live. By the way the fitness center is top notch.
