My husband and I moved in a couple of months ago. So far, we are really enjoying it here. We have found people to be pretty nice. Our neighbors are quiet. We have not had any noise issues from the residents. However, we do have noise issues with the construction crew that are building the townhomes right across from us. They are here at 7am on weekdays until dark and at 8am on Saturday until dark. It makes it really unpleasant to eat out on our patio because we have to practically shout at each other in order to hear over the construction noise. Plus, we get the dust from the construction blown our way quite often.

As far as the management/maintence goes, they are kind and courteous, and EVENTUALLY they DO get to whatever issue you have. We have had a few things that needed attention (light bulbs replacement, cover for wires over the phone outlet in the laundry room, etc.) I have learned to expect to have to wait 1 to 3 weeks for them to get around to repairing or replacing anything. However, once they do come to work on the issue, they get the job done correctly the first time around.
