I was very satisfied with my overall experience. I started in a one bedroom, moved to a two bed/two bath after 1 year. I have read some of the other reviews and don't agree with all of the complaints listed in them. For an apartment, noise was not a nuisance or unacceptable. Of course you can hear noise every now and then but it is what you should expect with an apartment. Maintenance was great, I never had to wait more than 1 day for a light bulb replacement or other request. One time I had an a/c issue and it was treated as an 'urgent' call and I had someone fixing my issue in less than an hour. I also do not agree with the pet-poop complaint one other person had. I used the greenway almost daily and I never had a complaint. Construction is basically complete on the property so that is a non-issue now as well. If we would not have purchased a home we would have happily signed up for another year.

The only complaints that I can come up with is the retail portion of the mixed-use property slowly had the tenants disappear over my time there. That was a major reason I originally moved in and it was also sold to me as a 'reason' the rents were higher than other properties in the same area. Without the retail that is no longer the case but the rent amounts are still the same.
