New managers are not like the old

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
My roommate and I have lived here for the past 2 years and have loved it. There was a change in management recently and we don't really feel good about it. The old managers were the greatest, always friendly, quick to do repairs when I called. The complex has always been kept clean and the neighbors are good.
I hope the new managers keep it as nice, but I miss the way Sue, Ashley and Betsy always knew our names and made us feel like they were glad to see us. The new people don't seem to care as much.
