I moved into The Reserve at Sugarloaf in 2003. I thought that all of my wildest dreams for an apartment had come true! Beautiful property, extremely tidy, upscale apartment homes, very friendly office staff, the list goes on.. Recently, over the course of the past year to be exact, the service has steadily declined. The office staff has changed from sweet, smiling faces who always knew my name to rude, snobby, and highly unprofessional people. I recently had a leak in my apartment and it took over 3 months to have it fixed! The police are here all the time. I think my neighbors are dealing drugs! The grounds are always filthy and gross, and there are bugs everywhere! I am getting the heck out of here... DO NOT RENT HERE.
