Since we live near the pool area we knew there would be noise during the day. We were told that the pool closes at 11:00. For the last few weeks, there have been people in and around the pool area until 1:00-2:00 in the morning. When you call the "emergency" number, if you're lucky enough to get a person, you are told that the courtesy officer has another job and may not be on the premises - meaning nothing is done. Sometimes when you call you get an answering machine and then you know that nothing will be done.
It is very disappointing to pay a high amount of rent and not be able to sleep at night due to people partying at the pool and pavilion area. Management has done nothing to acknowledge that there is a problem so therefore they don't have to address it. Our lease is up in a few months and we will not be renewing it. If you do want to rent here, stay away from the pool and pavilion area. How very disappointing this place has become!
