I have lived here since April of 2006 and have been consistently happy with my experience. The grounds are immaculately kept up by the matenance staff, and I feel safe walking my dog at 2 am knowing that there is a locked gate and friendly neighbors who won't bother me. I only recall seeing the police here one time in reference to the person who said police are here all the time. They are lying as I live right bye the front gate and would easily notice. I can be quite annoying with my requests at times and the office staff has always been nothing but friendly. There are quite a few apartments here 700 I believe and they do the best they can to accomodate every one. There is no place that you can live that is perfect but if you notice the few bad reviews are placed within 4 days of each other. Is it a coincidence maybe but most likely a few friends who want to make a nice place seem not so good. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

If you decide to leave a positive review for this complex (and the recently have improved by leaps and bounds not doubt due to the bad press they are receiving on this site) that is your right. But do not minimize people???s legitimate concerns as "a group of friends trying to make a good place seem bad". This isn???t grammar school and peoples concerns and fears aren???t elaborate pranks designed to ???stick-it-to-the-man???.
Besides, what???s more likely??????.a group of friends banded together on a whim to make a completely perfect rental community look bad on al review site/or that people who live here honestly decided to put their concerns in a forum where they would actually be listened to, and you are one of the office staff trying to discredit them to save face? Here???s a suggestion???..stop posting rosy reviews on this site and actually look into these peoples concerns. Trust me, if you expended half as much energy in doing that versus posting false reviews, the positive reviews that you are so concerned about receiving will undoubtedly come. As I stated earlier???.you have improved immensely and I commend that. Just keep up the progress, and listen to tenets the next time they tell you a problem needs to be addressed.

There is not trash on the grounds, that is a fact. There are not always police here, that is a fact. It is a safe place to live and the management staff is friendly and responsive. Also a fact. Mr Anderson, the person who posted that particular negative review is in fact lying. I am not minimizing, I am stating facts.
