Nothing is perfect...

I have lived at the Reserve for three years now, and here's what is good about it: The tenants are higher "quality" than the norm; the rent is pretty high and the neighborhood is very upscale, so it attracts professionals and families, and that's great. It's clean, and the grounds are kept up well - gorgeous complex.
What isn't great is what has happened since new management took over about a year ago. These people could care less whether you're happy or not. People who actually know which end is up rarely answer the phone, even when you call during their incredibly inconvienent office hours. It has taken 4-5 days of phone calls to have maintainence issues addressed, when before, needs were taken care of within 24 hours. These new folks are REALLY SLOW about "fixing things" and could care less about your comfort.
The bottom line is that no place is perfect. The Reserve is safe, quiet, and the units are beautiful. Just don't expect management to do more than turn away from you once you need something AFTER you've signed your lease. You won't get it..........
