After my first 11 months, just made the decision to renew for another year! I own a home in another state, but neededed full-time housing due to local employment. I was hesitant about dealing with "apartment life," but the Reserve has been like living at a resort! The apartments are well-built and energy efficient. I have never paid more than $80 a month for electricity. The office staff is very helpful and courteous and the maintenance staff is unbelievably great. I turned in a work order for a few minor items at 2PM and had everything addressed when I returned home from work 3 hours later! (And all work was done properly) The common areas of the community are well-kept and well-maintained. I have recommended The Reserve to others -- without reservation! Okay, there are some VERY MINOR complaints. The air conditioning/heat pump is a bit noisy and the upstairs neighbors occasionally sound like they're doing jumping jacks. These hardly make my list since everything else is so outstanding. Overall I give The Reserve an A .
