What a DUMP!!!

I think the only thing these people spent money on was the sign that says "SARATOGA SPRINGS" plus the mulch that surrounds it. I needed a cheap place to live for a few months, and I took it. I would have never, NEVER, NEVER lived here if I only knew how horrible the crime rate is here. One person got robbed and shot last week!!
The apartment condition is horrible....my "new carpet" had black stains all over it....my toilet doesn't work properly..it took 3 whole days for someone to come fix it....dishwasher doesn't work and smoke comes out....damn ants are everywhere...you hear loud music at odd times of the day...there are bugs crawling EVERYWHERE!
STAFF IS HORRIBLE! Nothing gets done! Don't rely on the 24 hour maintenance...cuz it ain't 24 hr! Can't wait to get the hell outta there!
You are better off being in a homeless shelter rather than living in Saratoga Springs.
