If you have bad credit and low on cash this is the only apt complex that will accept you what do you expect. YOu get what you pay for.

I absolutely agree..you get what you pay for. Except I don't think that $500.00 rent is worth dying for. You could be killed living here.

Not true. I have lived at Saratoga Springs and ended up breaking my lease with them. There are other apartments that have a 2nd chance program that MUCH nicer than Saratoga Springs.
