I lived at Saratoga for 2 years, I had moved here from Maryland. The rent was cheap and it was close to were I would be working. Also the Leasing Agent I had was nice and so was the manager at the time.

My apartment was not ready when they had promised and a lot of work still needed to be done when I arrived.

Beware of the water bills. They are never right and always extremely high. I was a single woman who worked a full time job and a part time job and my water bill always seemed to be $60 , while others bills were much lower. If you do move ask to be put on a restricted plan. There is no adequate laundry facilities in the complex. They have one washer and one dryer for each building. They are not of the best quality, and they do not always work and the laundry rooms are run down and filthy.

Also there are too many occupants in some apartments. The kids run and play in the middle of the street. Residents from The Falls Apartments, always tear through the fence so that they can throw their trash in our dumpsters and walk through to get to the gas station, steal cars or sell drugs.

You have to report things 10 times before the NEW management does anything. There is a raccoon issue as well as many lights in the complex are out. My neighbor had 2 cars stolen and someone had also stolen my pure breed dog.

It has gotten worse over time. When I first arrived things were taken care of promptly and the manager seemed to care, but this new management couldn't give a rats butt if you have heat or not.

I had the upstairs apartment flood water into my kitchen and dining room at 11:30pm and I could not get hold of anyone for emergency service.

Before signing, I suggest looking around and doing your homework. There are several other complexes off of Satellite Blvd. that I am sure would be alot better then Saratoga Springs.

Uh...I lived at The Falls for quite some time and you are incorrect. Its the mongrels and vagrants like yourself living at Saratoga that trash The Falls. Once your lobotomy operation is complete then perhaps you might view issues in a more truthful light. Until that time I suggest you SHUT THAT MOUTH...BEEATCH!!!!
