Since moving in, in 2000, the residents that have moved in have drastically changed. I too witnessed suspect illegal transactions and saw the maintenance staff go from reliable and trustworthy to shady. Noise and the maintenance of the grounds and exterior buildings has greatly changed for the worse as well. THEN, i discovered that i was paying $100 more for my unit than my neighbors in the exact unit and upon renewal and bringing it to managements attention, they would not negotiate my rate down! So, i would say..........it is definitely time to GO!
