THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN AMERICA! THESE APARTMENTS ARE FULL OF ROACHES. THEY ARE JUST A NIGHTMARE. I HAVE SOME CHILDREN AND THEY HAVE GOTTEN SEVERELY SICK BECAUSE OF THE ROACHES. THERE IS MOLD EVERYWHERE-YOU CANNOT EVEN SHOWER BECAUSE THE MOLD IS ALL OVER THE TUB AND SHOWER WALLS. DRUG DEALERS- THERE IS A LOT OF DRUG DEALING THAT GOES ON DURING THE NIGHT AND DAY. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR ANYONE TO LIVE IN. THE APARTMENT BUILDINGS ARE VERY OLD. THE CARPET IS ABOUT 10 YEARS OLD. THE WALLS ARE DISGUSTING. THE CABINETS FROM KITCKEN/BATHROOM ARE MOLED. THE APARTMENTS HAVE A NASTY STENCH DUE TO THE MOLD AND ROACHES. MANAGEMENT ARE FULL OF LIES. THEY WILL NOT SHOW THE ACTUAL APARTMENT YOU WILL BE LIVING IN. THEY WILL MAKE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SEE THE ACTUAL APARTMENT YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH. THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS EXTREMELY DIRTY. THERE IS GARBAGE EVERYWHERE AND GRAFFITI. I INVITE YOU TO DRIVE AROUND IN THE NIGHT TIME AND SEE HOW "WELCOMING" THIS COMMUNINITY CAN BE. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

This is another issue I let slip my mind at the time of my review as well. The statement about the showing of the actual apt. is only done after the lease is signed is true, and there is a smell, though I cleaned the apt my self, because I don't trust anyone to do it right for me. there are a lot of lies I caught on to as well, but I do get positive responses from management when I insist, they do not respond well to those who have trouble w/ their rent, and do need input from residence to weed out the law breakers, and trouble makers. perferablly w/ evidence as no one will go on just word of mouth, if their in their right mind like the judge will be?

well they do showyou the apartment before you move in, of course you haveto ask them to show you the apartment.but there is no way that they will rent you a mold apatment.if you got mold a couple a month after you move in, it's because you're not a clean person, i'm sorry to say this butit's true.same with roches, and wall? if you have kids, and you let them write on the wall, it's your fault, and ou haveto paint it/
