roaches- this place is infested with roaches. be ready that everytime you shower the roaches will be showering with you. the roaches will also be crawling everytime that you cook. while you are savoring your food, the roaches will crawl on the wall. you will see big, small and pregnant roaches. so if you have kids, you will also be nurturing those roaches in the apt. drugs- if you consume drugs than this is the place to live. you will have drug dealers dealing right next to your apt. all these people on welfare have nothing to do but to sell drugs during the day when everyone is at work. you will see all kinds of humans walking in out of the apartments, don't mind them they are just buying drugs from your neighbors. mold- mold is one of those things that comes with the apartment. it will be all over your kitchen as well as your bathroom. it will grow and it will become slimy. it will get all over your shower curtain and it will be part of your everyday shower. in addition, it will make your apartment smell like an old basement. violence- this is my fav part about this apartment complex. apartments will be broken into. cars will be broken into. windows to vehicles are constanly are broken. or did i mention that convicted felons live in the apts so you will often have police officers chase the felons in the apartments complex. so yeah you will often have duluth police in the apartments with their guns out chasing those friendly felons, the neighbors. oh yeah this apartment complex is full of people on welfare who just sit around the whole day drinking and smoking on your staircases. did i mention that they are soo dirty they leave all their trash outside. did i mention they tag on walls. sooo roaches/drugs/mold/thugs/violence/rats/ by the way if you are a minority you will be placed on one side of the building complex. if you happen to be white you will be put on the nicer side of the complex.

I agree!!! this place is a piece of s@#@! they hire staff that does not speak englihs. ALL the tenants are on section 8. the springs apartments is an open market for illegal drugs. the consumers will visit the drug dealers at their apartments. they will also consume drugs on the steps. they also have gangsters living here..is no wonder my tires got slashed and my windows got broken..along with 30 other cars. oh yeah..the roaches! yup! that's part of the contract..free pets! they will crawl on ur face when you are sleeping! the roaches will go with you to work! the people that live at springs are felons. it is definately not a safe place to live!

The roaches can be a problem, however, they are made available to the residents as a dietary supplement and alternative to food stamps. Lets show a little appreciation ok!!
