I thought this would be a nice place to live after looking at photos online and then visiting the community. Of course all that was different when I moved in. There is trash all everywhere you turn, people outside at drinking at all times of the night. Roaches EVERYWHERE-they took over my apartment soon after I moved in. THE MAINTENANCE STAFF SUCKS!!!!!! I had to call the office 4 times about my A/C not working and all they said was we'll come tomorrow. They never really fixed my air until several weeks later after I was constantly being told there was nothing wrong with it. I called to talk to the manager about it but SHE IS NEVER THERE OR ALWAYS ON THE OTHER LINE OR IN A MEETING. She never returns any phone calls. I honestly believe there is no manager in that office. They have the same appliances from when the apartments were built 20 years ago!!!! My stove never works and the dishwasher is a joke. And after all that, they had the nerve to send me a renewal letter increasing my rent $70.00!!!! What the hell is wrong with these people.
