I moved in this hell place in 2004 and until this year I was somewhat satisfied with my decision. The maintenace was timely except for pest control request and the water bill situation is rediculous. When I first moved in I was advised that the water bill probably wouldnt exceed $20 a month being that I lived alone. Then about 6 months things changed and I recieved a water bill for $30 for 1 month! And when I inquired the leasing office had the nerve to ask me about the amount of people who used water in my apt. I am a single woman living alone and had to get ugly requesting that the lights outside my door were replaced when ALL in that breezeway were burned out. They have no concern or assume no liability that a young woman is having to walk from her car to the apartment in almost pitch black on her own.
