This place is rotting.

Management was just "ok" when I moved in, but they have since gained a new management team that is 100% WORSE. They're rude, careless, and ultimately STUPID! Don't ever expect a return call from these people.

Security sucks... I've come home many times to see mine or surrounding buildings either crawling with COPS or even blocked off by yellow tape.

Oh yeah, and if you have a problem with noise, violent/destructive neighbors, call the COPS, the apartment security takes FOREVER to respond and does no good.

The apartments are gross. I moved into sticky carpet with pet stains everywhere, motor oil stains ('''), pieces of the carpet missing, and actual animal crap caked to the carpet in both closets. It always smells in here no matter what you spray and how often. It ALWAYS feels damp in here. Thermostat makes up it's own temperatures, it can never be adjusted right.

Walls are paper thin, you can hear phones ringing from surrounding units. PLUS their TVs, stereos, vacuums, screaming, kids, whatever...

... and you gotta LOVE the people who get picked up for work from 4 - 6AM by repeated honks from their driver's car.

Fitness center feels like a swamp. Half the time it's overrun by motherless children hanging from the equiptment.

Management makes a big deal about background check before someone can move in, but as soon as the lease is signed and you inquire about future roommates you're told "We don't care who is there as long as you pay the rent.", so don't let that bit fool you into thinking you're in a safe place.


Sad thing is, this place could be really nice if it was kept up, but that's the problem... IT'S FALLING APART AND NOBODY CARES!

WAYYY over-priced by the way, you can get $100- $200 cheaper just a few miles away with MUCH BETTER UNITS.

Oh yeah... late fees. Pay attention to your lease if the late fees seem outrageous, because myself and a friend discovered that they actually forgot to fill out that portion of the lease so we got out of half of their retarded fees.

And nope, they won't work with you if you're a day or two late for an emergency such as someone stole your checkbook and debit and you couldn't get to your bank for one or two days. Cases like this and The Falls, you're just FURTHER screwed.
