THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT KEEP ON LOOKING OR YOU CAN MOVE IN MINE. I WOULD PREFFER TO LIVE OUT OF MY CAR INSTEAD OF LIVIVING WITH THE gwinnett place ROACHES. IF YOU LIKE ROACHES AND ALLEY CATS THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX WILL BE BETTER OF IF THEY BULLDOZED IT DOWN. O SORRY THEN ALL OF ATL WILL HAVE ROACHES. PLEASE DONT EVEN ATTEMPT TO MOVE HEAR YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY FOR YOUR WHOLE LEASE. A friend of mine once lived there a few years back...they had nothing but problems with the inbred management and all the undesirables there! Just steer clear of anywhere near Gwinnett Place Mall...it truly is a bad area...so bad, it almost makes the Atlanta housing projects look classy and crime free...seriously, just stay away

oh how weird is that? My boyfriend lives there and I spend most of the time with him. WE HAVE NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!!! crime? roaches? noise? .. come on people.. tell me one "apartment community" that can offer you "NO CRIME" "NO NOISE" "NO BUGG PROBLEMS" to tell them that is BS!!!! Helloooo??? we are in Atlanta!!! You could be a victim of a crime in the nicest area of buckhead or in the worst area of chamblee... please... read the newspaper before making up stories. MY BOYFRIEND IS REALLY SATISFIED WITH HIS APARTMENT, SERVICE AND EVERYTHING!!! his lease is up in July 09 and he will be renewing it for another year!!!
