I have lived at The Falls since 2003 and my stay here has been great. People on here talking about roaches, crime, "SECURITY", motherless children....etc. How can someone control nature, crime and young mothers who have no control over their children'' As far as I know, "SECURITY" is not guaranteed anywhere you go! How can management control thugs, criminals and children''''
And for tenants that complaint about late fees, you would not have to deal with these outrageous fees if you paid your rent on time! Oh and for those who complaint about paper this walls, most apartment buildings are made out of wood and not steel. This is called "apartment living". I would say that most people who have had a problem with an apartment community, or any other company would be because they are the problem.
Management is great and go the extra mile to satisfy their tenant's needs. The grounds are kept clean and fresh. I totally recommend living at this apartment community!!

The aforementioned post is complete BS and a "plant" by Mgmt. "How can someone control nature, crime and young mothers who have no control over their children" One can control crime thru a PROPER SCREENING process of potential renters. Young mothers can control their children by beating their sorry behinds or by NOT HAVING THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE ie BIRTHCONTROL!! I previously lived at THE FALLS from 1998 thru 2007 and as of around 2004 THE FALLS was NOT the place to be. SO...for all those potential renters our there just do a drive-by on a Sunday afternoon for the real story. PS...the grounds my be somewhat clean but they are not fresh. The Falls say OLA MEXICAN!!

I'm an American citizen from MEXICAN parents, there is nothing wrong with being a mexican or from other latin country. I've lived in my apartment here for more than 7 years and i have no complains about the people living here, and you have no rights to say that there is only -------- here, that's totally wrong. I suggest unhappy people like you to get into their own busisness our just shoot themselves instead of being making this kind of comments againts the law. The Falls is the only place where I know that I can always count with management, and maintenance. Oh... and it's not your f.. sorry.. business if people want to use birth control or have a million kids.. GET A FREAKING LIFE... for all the other people.. drive by THE FALLS and talk to a leasing person at the office to give you a tour.. you will see that this idiot doesn't know what he is saying...
