The Falls is a clean AND safe community. This community is very quiet at night. There are many stray cats, but I don't blame management for that; I blame the RESIDENTS! The landscaping is nice. We have a courtesy officer that patrols regularly. The lawn could look better (bald in many spots), but again, the RESIDENTS walk and stand on it.

I hate I am moving because I am having a difficult time finding an affordable place that is clean AND safe.

The Falls is FALLING apart. This is the BIGGEST ---- hole on this side of town...with the exception of Saratoga Springs. Management is a JOKE. And they do NOT care about you or anyone else that lives here. I can't wait to get outta this place.
