I currently live there and am not sure what I think.

Maintenance is great, they get everything done in a timely fashion and are very friendly.

The walls are very thin, so you can hear everyone breath!

The office staff could use some work and the courtesy officer appears very arrogant.

The gates never work, are usually backward and do not keep anyone out.Many times as many as five people will come in behind me. not to mention the fact that there is a pedestrian door in the gate, that is just an invitation to a burgular.

Just make sure that you don't keep any valuables in your storage room!
