Most Disgusting place to live

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Recently on Mar'07,2005 there was no water supply through out the complex for almost a whole day. And residents had to rent hotel rooms for that day. The biggest irony is apartment didn't pay a penny for the residents against this inconvenience caused by them. My hotel rent has not been reimbursed. So it's you to bear all the expenses even if there was any problem with any utilities at the community.
