I've lived in Treesummit for about 4 years. It was a very nice place to live when I first moved here. The staff has ALWAYS been quite conservitave (not letting unmarried couples live here) and stuck up. We lived in a 2 bedroom apt. for 3 years and about a year ago moved into the 3 bedroom townhome. It's a nice floor plan - but the building is unsound. I called treesummits office about it in June and told them that my sunroom and my balcony had sunk down about 6 inches. The balcony has cracked away from the side of the house. My door and my windows on that side of the house won't close all the way, from how bad the back of the house is sagging. They told me it was no big deal. I had to call back several times to even get someone to look at it. When they finally came they discovered that the wood holding up the back of the house was rotted - COMPLETELY! I had asked them several times to make sure the work was done or that the workers wouldn't be at my house the last weekend in sept. My daughters 1st b-day would be taking place at that point. I figured calling so early in June would give them pleanty of time to get things in order. They finally started working on this problem, 3 months later. They told me that my house would be the first to be worked on - being that it had the worst damage. Funny how now as I am typing this, they are working on my neighbors house... he's the courtasy officer...go figure... I called and complained AGAIN that my daughters 1st b-day is in the coming week... and I don't want all that noise while people are here... they informed me that they are sending workers to my house and they will be working on it for a week and a half. So her b-day will be ruined when they board off my sunroom and balcony - the air conditioner will have to be off... to sum it up... this place is turing into a ---- hole... they are letting some pretty messed up people live here, drug dealers etc... DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! THIS IS NOT WORTH WHAT THEY MAKE YOU PAY! I am embarassed that I actually recomended this place a few years back.

I was looking for an apartment and ahd went to view this property at a request of a locator. My experience was disgusting. I sat and waited patiently as office staff walked past me several times and did not take the time to greet me or ask if was being helped. I personally felt it to be a race issue after a couple came in after me and was greeted immediately. Personally the color of my skin says nothing about who I am. This in itself was the factor that made me after 45 minutes of waiting they decided to help me. I lsten and viewed there properly and then I told the agent that there csutomer service was poor and I would not spend one cent to live there no matter how nice the property appeared to be.

you should have found a lawer. the complex has to provide you with a safe dwelling. a building that is that bad needs to be emptied till it is fixed
