Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I complained about 3 times a week about the noise from our neighbors for a year. Not only were they loud but in a 2 bedroom they had 4 cars which is breaking the lease. The police were called several times. I spoke to Charlotte and when she didnt do anything I spoke to corporate who did absolutely nothing. The problem resolved when they moved out.
