The Tree Summit's staff is great. I lived there for 10 years. The only reason I moved out of Georgia is because of a job transfer out of state. Excellent staff, the manager and staff are wonderful, excellent job. And yes, the maintenance guys are the best. The "REAL" problem is the neigborhood. In the first few years living in Duluth, I felt safe. Unfortunately, the lowlifes move in and took over most of Duluth. If your're insulted, than you must be one of them. Duluth has gone down - Ghetto!
