I don't advise to rent in Treesummit. Cause they don't take responsibility for what they are supposed to. One time water pipleline got broken and there was no water supply for one whole day. My wife was pregnant during that time and for that reason I had to rent a hotel room for that night. Isn't the Management responsible to take that charge' But they didn't reimburse that bill and saying they tried their best to fix the issue. It's pretty much they don't care if the issue is being resolved in time or not. So you've got to be lucky enough for not falling into such situations. Else you have to face it anyways.

I lived at Treesummit for 6 years and it is the best complex I ever lived in. I purchased a house or I would still be living there. I always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and did all they could to make my stay there great. I lived there during a time a pipe burst, water was off for the day and while it was inconvient for all of us but it was not the staffs fault. If they water is out at your home (in which you own) you do not get to deduct it from your Mortgage payment or from your water bill? No, so why would it be deducted from you rent? I would suggest as I always did that you keep a gallon of water on hand at all times in case of an emergency. Also be prepared for things like this to happen as they will no matter where you live. Treesummit has the best rates, it is a safe place for women and children to live, and the staff always assisted in any concerns or problems that I had very quickly. So keep in mind this could happen anywhere and no one will refund your rent for that day no matter where you live so always have a plan and a place to go in the event of an emergency or a problem that can't be solved right away.
