THE LANDSCAPE IS VERY NICE. BUT YOU WILL PAY FOR THE WATER IN THE POND. ONE MONTH MY WATER BILL WAS 276.00 DOLLARS. I HAVE THE BILL TO PROVE IT. FOUR PEOPLE IN A TWO BEDROOM. I HAVE STAYED IN APARTMENTS FOR SIX YEARS.I HAVE NEVER HAD A WATER BILL THAT WAS MORE THAN 60.00 DOLLARS. THE PROPERTY MANAGER NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. BUT THANK GOD MY LEASE WILL BE UP IN A MONTH. I WOULDNT TELL MY WORST ENEMY TO MOVE HERE.

So other than one bad water bill, are there any other complaints? Bugs? Cleanliness? The other residents?

That's because there are no meters here, except on building. I'm sure at this point we're paying for community water. But is it like that everywhere now? The laws let them do that. Don't forget that gas bill though too, you get a gas bill to heat water you don't get metered for, just allocated. You ask them, they don't know anything, you have to ask utility company.
