I live on the terrace level and it is infested with centipedes. Have notified the apartment office. Pest control came out twice but that doesn't help. Bought me a bug spray and sprayed outside and inside around the edges of the apartment and that doesn't help. Have experienced some rudeness with the office staff in the past. I notice an increasing number of irresponsible residents in the area, driving recklessly in or out of the apartment complex. Although Tree Summit is gated, it might as well not be gated cause cars enter through the exit and ride behind other cars. The laundry room dryers don't dry your clothes completely and quite a few of them don't work. When the neighbours upstairs are drying their clothes, I smell the clothes in my apartment(not desired) and warm air comes out of my own laundry room. I believe my vehicle may have been broken into and my spare tire (donut) stolen as my door was opened and my trunk opened which I recall leaving locked and my spare tire missen. Also my driver's side window doesn't function properly anymore. One positive thing I can say is that the apartment is spacious.
