I lived in tree summit apts for four years and just recently moved out. Pluses include:
Nice landscape, quick maintenance service, and a lot of family-type tenants. You can enjoy nice long walks in the evening or sit around in the small playground area. I dont use the pool so cant comment on that. Publix, walmart, library, hospitals, banks are all very close by.
Drawbacks:
Indifferent management (there used to be really nice staff, but some of the new employees are rude). Mailbox break-ins have become frequent and management was not at all interested in doing anything about it. Bugs were an issue and leasing office sends pest control over but it is never effective. I have spent a lot of time and effort doing pest control on my own.
I would rate it ok overall, although it has been on a downwward trend in recent months.
