Decent place

I found my stay here to be relatively uneventful. The staff seems to respond adequately to maintenance calls. Over the last year I've had 3, and all were responded to that day or the next.
I live on the top floor, and love my deck view of trees. During the summer and fall it feels private (saying alot for an apartment complex).
The property is fairly well maintained, not grand, but certainly not a dump.
Things I like most: AT&T Uverse, the noise and the location. My apartment has been very silent (a benefit of being on top floor I'm sure), but even at night, I don't hear people out and about. I really like the 2 entrances. The entrace from the summit ridge street is extremely handy for getting on peachtree industrial parkway (plus there's a Publix on that street). I also really like the AT&T Uverse cable/internet/phone system. It's by far the best cable option possible, with tons of HD channels. To be perfectly honest, This was the toughest factor to overcome in deciding to move.
Things I would improve: mailboxes and the water cost. I know alot of apartments use the "shared water" system, but a single guy's water bill should never surpass 40 dollars a month. As for the mailboxes, the outgoing mail slot door seems to always be broken. So after my Netflix returns were "lost" after the second time, I now drive by the post office to send letters/bills.
Overall, I wouldn't have been disappointed to stay here longer. It's a decent apartment for the price, with a good location, and great cable service :) I'm mainly moving to another apartment to reduce my monthly costs. Who knows if I'll regret it (though I am already regretting the loss of Uverse).

Which apt did you live in? I am thinking about leasing here and I'm big on quietness.
