I lived at this apartment for almost 2 years and when my lease was up I gave my 60 day notice and called to make sure that they did get it and was told yes, I paid my pro rated rent and was ready to move when I noticed a note on my door stating that they didnt accept partial rent, I called the leasing office and they said that they had no 60 day notice and that I needed to write another notice and pay for 2 months of rent! I was not about to pay for something that I was not going to live in for 2 months! now I have on my credit report that I owe $2,998.00!!!! and I moved out the day my lease was up! but they say I didnt move out for another 2 weeks! I hate wesley and the corp office!!!!!

Your post is very true. The leasing staff will actually lie to you in order to obtain more money. If anyone is STILL considering living here, make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing and signed by a leasing agent or manager. But my advice is to not subject yourself to their fraudulent activities.

My wife and I went through the same deal. This apartment complex will lie to your face and stab you in the back. DO NOT rent from these people. If you do, but please, please don't, but if you do get EVERYTHING IN WRITING. I cannot STRESS that enough. Don't be a victim to this place. Let the renter beware!!! Don't do it.

Your post is so true, I am a former employee and I was screwed also. JD thinks he is GOD and can do as he wishes. Remember karma is a bad thing.
