No matter how many times the management changes, they can never get it right. we were given wrong information every time we asked a question - and they won't admit it!!!!

Management is a good for one thing--getting money from people, charging exorbitant fees and pillaging the "little guy." They don't care about anyone or anything but how much money they can gouge out of you.
