I am currently looking for an apartment. I am somewhat disappointed with the reviews I see here and am wondering what makes this place so bad. Of course all complexes look great at the first impression but some more detailed complaints would really help me out. So far ppl just keep saying it's bad...any further detais would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Tia

Diane is great! Tia, Specifically the "Bad Things" are: 1. Poor Maintenance - If you can get someone to come out within a month of your request for service you are lucky. Then when they do come to fix your problem they look at it but don't fix it then close your request. You then have to wait another month to get someone to come look at the problem again! 2. Noise - The Hospital is near the apartment complex so ambulances and the police are constantly blaring sirens at all hours of the night and day. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on in your neighbors bedroom and bathroom.

i have went to put in apartment fix it request. the next day realized i forgot to tell them something. went back there the next day to tell them to see the computer say all the things i requested the day before had been fixed/closed. after a year there still not fixed.
