Management is non-existent unless they need to gouge you for more money.

Maintenance is non-existent unless you throw and absolute fit and exhaust all sane requests.

You can hear your neighbors when they go to the bathroom in the mornings.

They are the MONEY GOUGING MACHINE and could care less about anyone other than how much money they can weasel out of you.

There is no such thing as security and the gates haven't worked in over 18 months. Pools are filthy during the summer and the equipment in the work out room is about half broken most of the time.

This is NOT a good place to live. You'll hate it.

I am aware that the fitness center is not working... but did you know that we offer a FREE membership at GOLD'S GYM right next door? There are no strings attatched, all you need is a lease. The gates are not working but we did have the contractor out today to give us a quote. They should be up and running shortly. I am unaware of the rest of the concerns. Please feel free to call me. NO ONE KNOWS A THING ABOUT GOLD'S GYM AND I DOUBT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPLEX IS WITH NO STRINGS ATTACHED. SO YOU HAVE A CONTRACTOR OUT...WHAT IS UP AND RUNNING SHORTLY? IF YOU ARE UNAWARE OF THE REST OF THE CONCERNS, IT'S ONLY BECAUSE YOU ARE NEW TO THE JOB. YOU WON'T LAST LONG EITHER. WP WENT THROUGH 5 MANAGERS IN THE SHORT TIME I LIVED THERE.

It's Feburary and there is no sign that the gates are being worked on. The Gold's Gym Membership is the main reason we decided to give this place a try despite all the horrible stuff we saw here. We made a HUGE mistake. What you see on this site is not an exaggeration. We didn't think Wesley Plantation could be as bad as these reviews indicate but it has actually been worse! RENTER BEWARE!!
