Really, Can all these negative reviews be true? Yes!

This place seemed so nice when we moved in. But it is true that maintenance is scarce. Problems are not addressed unless you camp out on the office doorstep. Garbage all over the place. Dog poop everywhere. Bare wires hanging out near the tennis courts where your kids are playing. No security. At least they have never answered any of my calls. As far as management, it wil change every couple of months. As far as the corporate office, they don't want to hear from you. I know a class action lawsuit is being reviewed. If they contact me I'm joining it. I could go on and on........
