The apartment from the outside looks nice, but the inside is ok. You would think the carpet is really clean but it is not because someone else's stains shows up. Most important. I lived 3 years here and when I left I made sure the unit was ultra clean. The leasing office accused me of having a dirty unit. They did not return my deposit of $250 and then they charged me an extra $50.00 all of which I did not pay. It hit my credit but I am fighting it. The management wants the money and they WILL NOT return your deposit. Take photos of the place if you decide to move in because then you will have a fight with the credit agencies.

I almost forgot. The swimming pool is filthy. Gwinnett County had to close the pool behind the leasing office several times because of the filth. When I called the office the mgnt acted said there was too much chlorline and that caused the severe alge build up. Chlorline would have prevented that nasty build up. They did not clean the pools properly.

Get an attorney! I had to and almost two years later they finally had to remove the FALSE debt on my credit report. THEY WILL NEVER GET BACK TO YOU ON YOUR OWN. Make sure they pay every FINE allowable by LAW! WESLEY IS HORRIBLE.. I am so glad we got out of there a long time ago!

i wish i moved when you did, i am still here fighting with these people. we are sick and its all their fault. mold, mold, mold.... pool is filthy did not use this summer, there was a light pulled form inside the pool last summer and this it was still out and residents were in there.
