Getting things fixed around here is like pulling teeth. The maintenance technician is one of the nicest people around however he puts up this front to appear to be from the "ghetto". Maybe Jeff should spend more money on addressing the issues rather than supplying beer at the 4th of July event to the Katrina evacuees.
