I just thought id take a look at some of the responses for this facility.My husband and I lived there about 2yrs ago..unit 403,needless to say we broke our lease because of the MOLD and the leak from the upstairs apartment..we documented everything we even took pictures...they told us it was mildew that two individuals(obsessed with cleaning)allowed to grow because of our unliness.They did however offer to move us to another unit, which wouldve cost us our rent @ the old unit plus the another deposit to move the new unit. STAY AWAY!!!!
