Oh man, here we go...

I would like to say that my experience with the management at wesley plantation was decent. Any issue I brought to them was generally addressed, but I didn't make it a point to be overbearing on the problems. I do have a major issue with one thing though.

If you have been waiting to get your security deposit back, go ahead and budget some money for a lawyer or a review of Georgia Code Title 44 Chapter 7. When trying to recover my security deposit (approximately six months after moving out), not only was I not refunded, but a bill with several charges materialized as a response. I paid all of my rent on time, and I left the apartment in slightly better condition than when I moved in (by removing stains in the carpet). I will not go into full detail here, but charges materialize out of thin air, and if you don't want your time wasted fighting false charges, don't even ask for your deposit back... you won't get it. But you may get the charges anyway...

I too received a bill with bogus charges. For items that were submitted on my move in walk though and they charged me. They charged me for a power bill when I received my bill from GA power and so they sent me to collections. I have tried to work with Wesley Plantation on this but they keep POOR DOCUMENTATION, LOOSE documentation from you file, and switch mgrs. to much. When asked for copies of certain documents I was told it was against the policy. I still refuse till this day to pay the collections. Principle of it.
