If there is a Recognition for the Apartment Home with the worst Service in USA, this apartment home will definitely win the title. It is amazing how such a poor service in an Apartment Complex is still being tolerated by residents who are paying as high as $900/month as rent. The Manager of this apartment home is never in his office. Probably once in a 100 calls is picked by the staff in the leasing office. I found both the leasing staff sitting idle at their desks and still not picking up the phone no. 770-497-0711 which was constantly ringing. Even emergency services like No water supply, Toilet choked and stinking throughout the night, Air Conditioning not working for 3-4 months is not addressed. Once my main door lock was not working for 2 days and it was not addressed inspite of repeated reminders to even the corporate office. I had no other option but to leave my house unlocked and go to work since I had no other option. Inspite of such a poor service, the manager still increases your rent at the end of the year.
