I have lived here for a year and I am counting the days as to when my lease expires and I can get packing!! For starters they screwed me over on my move-in date and kept pushing it back... inconvenient for me since I had no where to live for a month. My biggest issue is with the maintenance crew (or lack thereof). The ceiling above my shower basically crumbled and a nice hole formed right above my shower. It took maintenance about 2 months to take care of this. I had to follow up with the sales office and complain over and over and over about the smell and the bits of ceiling that appeared in my shower on a daily basis. It finally got resolved after about 2 months... 2 months folks!! My biggest beef is with the heating/air units right outside the buildings. They are loud as hell people and are not upkept at all. I had so sleep in my den many nights because there are two units right next to my window that make horrible noises when anyone in my building uses their heat or air. At first I thought it was just a faulty unit but when I went outside I could hear multiple units from other buildings making horrible clanging noises over and over. I made between 8-10 complaints to the front office and they would always tell me that they were always getting new maintenance crews and that it would take a while. I have 3 weeks left on my lease and this has yet to be resolved. I hate living here and would strongly advise anybody to look elsewhere before commiting to this decrepit money pit hole. And another thing... they don't even use there security gates.... ever!
